Cookie Notice

A secure, HTTP-only session cookie is used only when an authorized administrator signs in. It expires after the configured session period and is required to protect the private admin panel.

The proposal builder may save an unfinished admin draft in that administrator’s browser local storage. It is device-local, is not an advertising identifier, and is cleared after proposal creation.

Public visitors do not currently receive advertising or cross-site tracking cookies from Saba Web Solutions. Contact, newsletter, proposal, and onboarding submissions are processed on the server and do not create marketing consent through cookies.

The Contact page embeds Google Maps and therefore connects the visitor's browser to Google when that section loads. Google may process technical request data under its own terms and privacy controls.

Google Analytics, embedded reporting, retargeting, or similar non-essential technology is not enabled by this notice alone. Before activation, the site must document the provider, purpose, duration, and legal basis and provide consent choices where required.

Browsers allow you to inspect, block, and delete cookies or local storage. Blocking essential admin storage can prevent protected features from working. Public contact and newsletter choices remain separate from browser-storage settings.
