Saba Web Solutions, based in Thessaloniki, Greece, is responsible for the information described here. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@sabaweb.gr.

We collect information you deliberately provide and the minimum operational information created while serving you.

• Contact inquiries: name, email, company, project category, message, consent time, optional campaign attribution, and technical anti-abuse data.
• Proposals: client and project details, selected package, typed acceptance name, email, acceptance time, and confirmation-statement version.
• Delivery and support: questionnaire answers, milestones, feedback, support requests, and invoice/deposit status—never card numbers or banking passwords.
• Newsletter: email, confirmation and consent timestamps, signup placement, optional campaign attribution, language, service category, interests, delivery status, and suppression reason where required.

Inquiry, proposal, onboarding, and support information is used to take requested pre-contract steps, perform an agreement, maintain necessary business records, protect the service, and respond to you. Newsletter email is used only after explicit double opt-in consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

Campaign attribution uses UTM values kept only for the current browser session. They are stored with an inquiry or subscription only when that action is submitted, so Saba Web can understand which message produced the request.

Accepting a proposal does not subscribe a client to marketing.

Information may be processed by the hosting infrastructure used for sabaweb.gr and by Papaki mailbox/SMTP services used to deliver operational and consented emails. Necessary professional advisers may receive limited records where accounting, legal, or regulatory duties require it.

The Contact page embeds Google Maps. Loading that section connects the browser to Google, which may receive technical request data under its own privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information. New analytics, advertising, or external automation providers will be documented before activation and, where required, placed behind consent controls.

Records are kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, dispute handling, security, and applicable Greek or EU legal obligations. Unsubscribed addresses may remain on a minimal suppression list so marketing is not accidentally resumed.

Access is restricted, administrative sessions are protected, operational files are backed up privately, and environment secrets are kept outside public pages. No internet system can promise absolute security.

Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw newsletter consent. Contact info@sabaweb.gr. Identity may be reasonably verified before fulfilling a request.

You may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority if you believe your rights have not been respected.
