A private proposal is intended for the named recipient and remains available only until its stated expiry or revocation. Package prices are net unless explicitly stated otherwise; the proposal displays Greek VAT at 24% and the VAT-inclusive total.

Electronic proposal acceptance records the selected package, typed signature, email, time, and confirmation version. Work begins only after the final service agreement, scope, schedule, responsibilities, and agreed deposit are confirmed.

Clients are responsible for providing timely, lawful, accurate content, approvals, credentials, product information, and access needed for delivery. Delays or material scope changes can affect schedule and price.

Domains, hosting, payment services, couriers, email platforms, licensed media, plugins, and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability, and fees unless the service agreement explicitly includes them.

Project-specific ownership, licences, portfolio rights, source materials, third-party assets, and transfer conditions must be stated in the final service agreement. Website content and Saba Web Solutions branding may not be copied or misrepresented without permission.

Design, development, SEO, maintenance, and marketing work can improve a digital system but cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, uninterrupted third-party services, or specific business outcomes.

Any warranties, liability limits, termination rights, governing law, and dispute process must be finalized in the reviewed service agreement. These draft website terms require review by a Greek lawyer before production reliance.
